DESCRIPTION:Harvard’s Radiological Emergency Planning: Terrorism\, Security\, and Communication program will be held July 27-31\, 2015 in Boston\, Massachusetts. \nThe event is an Executive and Continuing Professional Education course offered by the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health. \nThis program brings together leaders in emergency planning to explore methodologies for creating comprehensive emergency response plans for radiological events. Harvard faculty\, guest speakers\, and participants share practical tools and guidelines based on their successes and failures in preparing for\, responding to\, and communicating about radiological emergencies. \nFor those interested in the basics of radiation\, there will be a complimentary half-day refresher on Radiological Units\, Quantities\, and Fundamentals on the first day of the program. \nPlease visit the Radiological Emergency Planning program website for more information and to register.
