The U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) has announced a new quarterly conference call open to the public called ‘Ask the Procurement Executive’. The first call will take place on Aug. 5, 2015.
The agency has played an important role this past year in funding innovations for Ebola and epidemic preparedness in response to the outbreak in West Africa.
The purpose of the conference call is to provide a forum for partners to ask questions and have a discussion on pressing matters with USAID’s acquisition and assistance executive leadership.
Organizers will field questions during the event via @USAIDBizOpps and hashtag #AskProcExec on Twitter. Questions may also be submitted in advance via several associations: InterAction, InsideNGO, Council of International Development Companies, Small Business Association of International Companies, and Society for International Development.
Advance registration for the event is required.
