The Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) Biomedical Advanced Research and Development Authority (BARDA) is conducting market research on all qualified vendors of business intelligence software for influenza vaccine supply chain analytics.

To lower total cost of ownership and increase usability for influenza vaccine supply chain analytics, BARDA seeks to obtain information on a range of commercial off-the-shelf business intelligence capabilities.

To accurately assess the capability of a business intelligence solution to provide cost-effective decision support, BARDA requires information on reporting capabilities related to all aspects of influenza vaccine development, manufacturing, storage, ordering, shipment and receiving process, adjuvants, and tracking of ancillary supplies (e.g. needles, syringes, and personal protective equipment.)

The government will utilize this information to inform acquisition strategies. Additional details are available via Solicitation Number: SSN_BARDA_2018.
