Administration for a Healthy America (AHA)

The AHA was established in March 2025 as a division of the Trump-Vance administration’s U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS). The creation of the AHA is part of massive reorganization and gutting of HHS divisions, with a total estimated downsizing from 82,000 to 62,000 full-time employees.
