Nanotherapeutics Awarded $135M for Medical Countermeasures Advanced Development

Nanotherapeutics, Inc. of Alachua, Fl. has been awarded a contract by the U.S. Army under a solicitation for “Medical Countermeasures Advanced Development and Manufacturing (MCM ADM) Capabilities.”

Nanotherapeutics will furnish all plant, labor, supervision, material and equipment to establish an MCM ADM capability for the Department of Defense which will enable faster and more effective development of medical countermeasures to protect and treat military populations against chemical, biological, radiological, and nuclear attacks and outbreaks of naturally occurring emerging and genetically engineered infectious diseases.

Base award (no options exercised upon award) is $135,834,018.00. Base and all options value is $358,940,950.00.
