RFI – Functional Defeat of WMD

The Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) is to conducting market research to identify qualified contractors capable of providing Chemical Biological Radiological Nuclear and Explosive (CBRNE) counterforce technology development that provides solutions to support ‘Functional Defeat of WMD’ threats.

The contractor must have the capability to test and validate diagnostic technologies, techniques and test articles for the testing of innovative CWMD weapons technologies solutions for CBRNE simulants, non-traditional simulants and energetic materials. This development may include, but is not limited to:

  • Test Sampling
  • Weapons Effects Engineering
  • Enhanced Energetics
  • Agent Defeat
  • Aerosol Processes
  • Modeling and Simulation

Scientific, engineering, and other technical services, as well as the test facilities and test planning, required to accomplish this task at classification levels up to and including TOP SECRET will be required.
