National Institute of Neurological Disorders and Stroke (NINDS) has announced a webinar on July 17 to provide information on the “Countermeasures Against Chemical Threats (CounterACT) Research Centers of Excellence” funding effort.
The NIH CounterACT program supports research on the development of new and improved medical countermeasures designed to prevent and treat the conditions caused by acute exposure to chemical agents.
The CounterACT research network includes Research Centers of Excellence, individual research projects, contracts, and other programs. Currently the NIH is soliciting proposals for new or renewal U54 Research Centers of Excellence.
This webinar will provide information on preparing research proposals and will include information on eligibility, scientific scope, Center structure, application instructions, grants management, as well as time for questions from the audience and answers from the NIH staff.
Advance registration is required.
