Army Seeks Contractor for Biomarkers Literature Review

U.S. Army Medical Research Acquisition Activity (USAMRAA) is seeking firms capable of conducting an exhaustive, systematic review of the literature on available biomarkers given a prioritized list of top military-relevant health effects and a prioritized list of military-relevant chemicals.

The contractor will conduct an exhaustive survey of the literature on biomarkers for end organ toxicity, develop a tabulated spreadsheet summarizing the results of the literature survey, then follow the PRISMA 2009 reporting guidelines for determining eligibility of of articles for inclusion in a summary report of available biomarkers and final systematic review for submission to a peer-reviewed journal.

USAMRAA anticipates a single firm-fixed-price contract with a period of performance of 180 days. All interested small businesses may submit a capabilities statement package demonstrating ability to perform the requested services.
