The U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) will host a Roundtable Event with industry on May 26, 2015 in the national capital region.

The event is designed to help DHS identify best practices for the use of Requests for Information (RFI), draft and final Requests for Proposal (RFP), Federal Business Opportunities announcements, and other media to provide industry with insight, information, and status on planned procurements.

This industry engagement will be hosted by the DHS Office of the Chief Procurement Officer as part of the new Acquisition Innovations in Motion (AIiM) initiative, an ongoing and recurring set of activities to enhance the way DHS does business and support the Secretary’s Unity of Effort initiative.

Please note that registration for the Roundtable Event is not yet open. Registration is expected to open in early May 2015 and additional information will be provided over the course of the next week.
