RFI – Cooperative Biological Engagement in Thailand

CBEP Cooperative Biological Engagement Program

The Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) Cooperative Biological Engagement Program (CBEP) is conducting market research to source a contractor to support CBEP’s mission of enhancing the biosafety, biosecurity, and biosurveillance capacity in Thailand.

The Request for Information (RFI) requests technical statements addressing capabilities to deliver services and equipment to Chulalongkorn, Bangkok, to include:

  • Laboratory equipment procurement and installation
  • Laboratory equipment repair and maintenance
  • Training on associated equipment

All contractors must provide proof of the ability to obtain exemption for Thai Value Added Tax (VAT) and clearly state the mechanism or agreement they have to purchase goods without VAT.
