4th ASM Conference on Antimicrobial Resistance

The 4th ASM Conference on Antimicrobial Resistance in Zoonotic Bacteria and Foodborne Pathogens will take place May 5-8, 2015 in Washington D.C.
This conference will continue and expand the existing scientific agenda to include:
- Emphasis on novel approaches to molecular typing
- Whole genome sequencing and its role in understanding the evolution and dissemination of AMR bacteria
- Host adaptation and specificity
- Metagenome-based studies of resistance
- Isolate-based versus sample-based inference
- Risk assessment
- Computational biology and mathematical modeling.
