The 3rd International Committee of Military Medicine ICMM Pan-Asia Pacific Congress on Military Medicine 2016 will be held February 15-19, 2016 in St. Petersburg, Russia.
The Congress will bring together members of the ICMM and observer countries to share lessons learned and expertise on topics including:

- Organization of Medical Support in Disaster Relief Operation
- Modern Issues of War Surgery
- Prevention and Treatment of Infectious Diseases Endemic for the Region
