Mass Drug Administration and Antimicrobial Resistance

The London School of Hygiene & Tropical Medicine Antimicrobial Resistance Center, together with the MARCH and Malaria Centres will jointly host the Mass Drug Administration and Antimicrobial Resistance Symposium on 20 February 2019 in London, UK and by live stream.
Mass Drug Administration is an intervention proposed to reduce morbidity and mortality of entire populations. This symposium will bring together academics from a range of relevant disciplines to discuss the state of evidence, and draw out a future integrated research agenda that addresses potential hurdles with this approach, including concerns about antimicrobial resistance.
