The Protein Phosphorylation Conference
June 11, 2023 - June 15, 2023
The Protein Phosphorylation Conference will be held 11-15 June 2023 in Steamboat Springs, Colorado. This Federation of American Societies for Experimental Biology (FASEB) Science Research Conference (SRC) focuses on new discoveries and techniques regarding the role of protein phosphorylation in health and disease.
The conference brings together an interdisciplinary group of scientists representing academia and industry who study and conduct research on protein phosphorylation.
The program focuses on kinase signaling through canonical and non-canonical modes and network regulation of signaling outputs. We will explore how they provide insight critical to our understanding of kinases and kinase pathways underlying normal physiology and disease progression, and the translation of this information in the design of improved therapeutic strategies.
Conference sessions will present the latest research findings and foster engaging discussion on:
- Structural regulation of kinases
- Optogenetic and chemical genetic approaches to kinase and phosphatase networks
- Concepts in drug resistance
- Kinase allostery and molecular scaffolds
- Signaling dynamics
- Systems and mathematical biology of phosphorylation networks
The conference covers eight sessions, with 16 talks selected from abstracts, and two poster sessions.
