The CBARR effort will be solicited as a small business set-aside and will utilize a best value trade-off approach. The estimated contract period is 36 months.

A pre-proposal conference and tour of the relevant Aberdeen Proving Ground facilities is currently scheduled for Dec. 2, 2015. The purpose of the conference and the tour is to provide an overview of contract requirements and to allow Offerors an opportunity to view the Government equipment that may be utilized during contract performance. Further information regarding the conference and tour will be included in the forthcoming solicitation.
